A production SaaS platform I design, build and operate solo: it automates the repetitive operational workflows of a service-based industry, combining authentication, subscription billing, third-party integrations and scheduled automation across a multi-application architecture.
Problem — Operators in a service-based industry lose hours every week to coordination work that is manual but entirely predictable — the same sequence of messages, follow-ups and small decisions, repeated per customer. It is exactly the kind of workflow software should own end to end.
Solution — I build and run the whole product alone, from schema to deploy: a monorepo holding two independently deployed Next.js applications — a public marketing surface and an authenticated product dashboard — on top of shared internal packages. Authentication, subscription billing, transactional messaging and scheduled automation all run in production.

I'm a Computer Engineering graduate from the University of Minho (2023–2026), based in the Azores, Portugal. My degree gave me solid foundations in software development, networks and infrastructure, systems administration (Linux and Windows Server) and cybersecurity fundamentals.
What sets me apart is that I build real things outside class: I'm the solo founder of a production SaaS platform — kept as a private case study, available to authorized viewers — and I've built projects ranging from a Signal-style end-to-end encrypted chat to an AI-powered betting analysis app. I've also worked in industry through two internships, doing frontend development, API integration and IT systems work.
I'm looking for my first full-time software engineering role — ideally backend or full-stack — where I can keep learning how large-scale systems are designed and operated.
